Let us know in comments below if you know the difference between the two. #HappyCookingToyou #FoodFusionWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/34w28bRVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Beef Khichra Serves 6-7Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Gandum (Wheat) broken 1 Cup (soaked for 4 hours)-Chawal (Rice) Cup (soaked for 30 minutes)-Water 1 & litres or as required -Mash daal (White lentil) Cup (soaked for 30 minutes)-Moong daal (Yellow lentil) Cup (soaked for 30 minutes)-Chana daal (Split bengal gram) Cup (soaked for 30 minutes)-Masoor daal (Red lentil) Cup (soaked for 30 minutes)-Cooking oil 1 Cup-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 3-4 large-Beef boneless cubes kg-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & tbs-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste-Garam masala powder 1 tsp-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs-Water liter or ad required -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 3-4 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) fried-Adrak (Ginger) julienne-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped-Lemon wedges-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced-Chaat masalaDirections:-In a pot,add wheat,rice,water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 1 hour or until half done.-Add white lentil,yellow lentil,split Bengal gram,red lentil and mix well,cover & cook on medium low flame for 25-30 minutes & set aside.-In a pressure cooker,add cooking oil,onion and fry until golden brown and reserve half quantity for later use.-In remaining fried onion,add beef,mix well and cook until it changes color.-Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt,garam masala powder,ginger garlic paste, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.-Add yogurt,fresh coriander,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & pressure cook on medium low flame until meat is tender (25-30 minutes).-Now add cooked wheat & lentil mixture and mix well.-Turn off the flame and blend well with the help of the hand blender. -Turn on the flame,add black pepper and mix well,cover & simmer on low flame for 4-5 minutes.-Add reserved fried onion,fresh coriander & mix well.-Garnish with fried onion,ginger,fresh coriander,lemon and green chilli.-Sprinkle chaat masala & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Directions:-Pot mein gandum,chawal aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 1 hour ya half done gul janay tak paka lein.-Mash daal,moong daal,chana daal aur masoor daal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani halki ancch per 25-30 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.-Pressure cooker mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein aur half quantity ko bad mein use kernay kliya nikal lein.-Remaining fried pyaz mein beef dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak paka lein.-Haldi powder,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,namak,garam masala powder aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.-Dahi aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.-Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani halki ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (25-30 minutes). -Ab cooked gandum & daalon ka mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Chulha bund ker dein aur hand blender ki madad sa ache tarhan blend ker lein.-Chulha on karein aur kali mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.-Reserved fried pyaz aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Fried pyaz,adrak,hara dhania,lemon aur hari mirch sa garnish ker lein.-Chaat masala dal ker serve karein!
