Beef Nihari Recipe by Lively Cooking


Ingredients for Nihari Masala
Saunf(Fennel seeds) 4 tbs
Sounth(Ginger powder)1 tbs
Jaifal(Nutmeg)1 piece
Javatri(Mace) 6 pieces
Sabut kali mirchWhole black pepper01 tbs
Hari elaichi(Green cardamom) 15 pieces
Daar cheeni(Cinnamon) 4 pieces
Badian k phool(Star anise)4-5 pieces
Bari elaichi(Black cardamom)6 pieces
Shah zeera ya kaala zeera(Black cumin)1 tsp
Safaid zeera(White cumin)1 tsp
Long(Cloves)1 tbs
Tej patta(Bay leaves)4 pieces
Pipli(Long pepper) 3-4 pieces
Grind all these spices then add the following spices (In tamam ajza ko bareek pees len phir Shamil karen karen darjzail cheezain)
Daigi laal mirchain(Paprika or coloured red chilli) 4 tbs
Lal mirchain 3 tbs(red chilli powder)
Salt to taste or 2 tbs(Namak)
Tatri ya citric acid 1 tsp
Meat tenderizer ya kachri powder 1 tsp
Mix all these ingredients and store in an air tight container.
