Bell Castella French Toast

A little twist on the bell sponge cake is seriously good! I bought some bell sponge cakes with the intention of making cake pops, but they turned out to be too hard, so I decided to make French toast with them.It is moist and soft, with just the right amount of sweetness. In the video, it is baked in a mold, but of course you can bake it as it is. Next time, I will buy bell sponge cakes to make this.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
200g milk
102g (22 pieces) bell sponge cakes

1.Beat 2 eggs.
2.Add 200g of milk and mix. You will have half the egg mixture left over.
3.Pour (2) into the bell sponge cake and soak for 5 minutes.
4.Bake over low heat for 5 minutes, then turn over and bake covered for 3 minutes. You can also bake it with butter.
5.Done. If you eat it with ice cream, it's frankly the best. Suzu castella is so cute.
