Strawberry Frozen Dessert : House Foods Fruiche

House Foods Fruiche. It's delicious just by mixing it with milk, but apparently it's delicious even when frozen. I learned that. So I tried wrapping fresh strawberries and Fruiche together in rice paper and freezing them to make ice cream. I feel that the possibilities of Fruiche and rice paper are endless. This may become a trend.

*Recipe* (for 12 sticks)
Ingredients:
1 box of Fruiche
2 tablespoons (17 g) sugar
100 g milk
6 sheets of rice paper (21 cm)
1 pack of strawberries

How to make
1.Put 1 box of Fruiche in a bowl.
2.Add 1 tablespoon (17g) of sugar and stir to dissolve the sugar.
3.Add 100g of milk and mix with a spoon.
4.Put the mixture into a piping bag.
5.Cut 6 sheets of rice paper (21cm) in half.
6.Dip them in water and place them on a wet cloth. You can't see it at all.
7.Remove the stems from 1 pack of strawberries and cut them into thin slices.Arrange them.
8.Squeeze out (4).
9.Wrap.
10.Place on a baking paper and freeze.
11.Done.
