OREO Cheesecake Ice Cream beautifully arranged

How did I cut the Oreos to fit perfectly into the round mold? The answer is patience.The ice cream cheesecake with beautifully arranged Oreos. This is really delicious.
*Recipe* (for 1 x 18cm cercle mold)
Ingredients:
19 Oreos
Powdered sugar to cut Oreos into rounds, as needed.
Commercially available sheet sponge cake as appropriate

200g cream cheese
180ml fresh cream
1 egg
60g sugar
2 Oreos

How to make
1.Arrange 19 Oreos and cut them into 18cm diameter circles. I used powdered sugar as needed to cut the Oreos into rounds. I also used some Oreo scraps later.
2.Smooth 200g of cream cheese.
3.Whisk 180ml of fresh cream until stiff.
4.Beat 1 egg with 60 g of sugar.It is best to use washed hand mixer blades, but since it is a pain to wash them, I used the same ones as in (3).
5.Add (3) to (2) and mix.
6.Mix in (4) as well.
7.Add the remaining Oreo (40g) cut out from (1) and 2 Oreos and mix. I added a total of 60g of Oreos.
8.Pour the mixture into a mold lined with sheet sponge.
9.Chill in the freezer for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and when the surface has hardened to a certain degree, arrange the Oreos from (1).
10.Chill and harden in the freezer.
11.Done. It's really delicious.That's right, I cut the Oreos by patience.
