I also used some Oreo scraps later.2.Smooth 200g of cream cheese.3.Whisk 180ml of fresh cream until stiff.4.Beat 1 egg with 60 g of sugar.It is best to use washed hand mixer blades, but since it is a pain to wash them, I used the same ones as in (3).5.Add (3) to (2) and mix.6.Mix in (4) as well.7.Add the remaining Oreo (40g) cut out from (1) and 2 Oreos and mix.
