We found the inspiration for this liver with peppers recipe after eating at one of our favorite Cuban restaurants in Ocala, Fl. This Cuban-style liver recipe is sometimes called Hgado a la Italiana. I dont often see liver on restaurant menus, so I generally give liver dishes a try when I do. Liver is delicious and nutritious!
