Sugar1 tsp. SaltMethod:-- Soak the Kokum petals in warm water for 10-15 minutes.- Add the grated coconut to a mixer/grinder followed by 1 cup of lukewarm water and grind it well. - Strain this using a sieve and grind it again by adding 2 cups of lukewarm water, garlic and cumin seeds.- Strain again using a sieve and grind the remnants again by adding 1 cup lukewarm water and strain again.- Using mortar and pestle, crush together curry leaves, green chillies and salt. Transfer to a bowl.- Add the soaked Kokum to this bowl followed by salt and sugar.
