Better for You Chocolate Pudding

You've probably already heard of Rorie's Pure Pudding. It's a delicious, creamy mousse that's filled with good-for-you ingredients. It's perfect for breakfast, dessert, or snack time. But did you know how easy it is to make? Watch Rorie create it!



Get the recipe:

3 ounces very ripe avocado
1/3 cup Gefen Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1/4 cup apple butter (for those with a Full 'n Free Palate, 2 tablespoons is enough)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey, or more, to taste
12 scoops protein powder of your choice (optional)
