Bharvaan Shimla Mirch (Stuffed Capsium) by Archana | India Food Network

Big Shimla Mirch (capsicum) are stuffed with lots of flavors of mixed vegetables, mashed potato and paneer. This is another one of those foods that look like they take a lot of time and effort to make but in truth, are easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
2 Capsicum Chopped
4 Potatoes Boiled and Mashed
1/2 Cup Green Peas
1/4 Cup Paneer
1 Onion Chopped
1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt To Taste
Oil

Tip
To reduce the bitter flavour, cut & then was the fenugreek leaves.
