This yummy street food is made by dipping hot Kulchas into piping hot Chole and then served with hot chole poured all over the Kulchas. In this video, I am showing you how to make Bheega Kulcha Chole in your very own kitchen. Given below are the ingredients that go into making this Bheega Kulcha Chole recipe.

Ingredients:
(In the order of instructions)
For the Chole:
3 tbsp Mustard Oil
3 Onions
2 slit Green Chillies
2 inch Cinnamon
3 Cardamoms
3 Cloves
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
3 Tomatoes
2 tsp Chole masala
1/2 tsp Amchur
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
2 cups Chole
Salt to taste
1 cup Water
11/2 tsp Tea leaves
1 tsp Kasuri methi
A handful of Coriander leaves

For the Kulcha:
2 cups Maida
1 tsp Sugar powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Curd
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Oil
Ajwain as required
Coriander leaves
