Put yogurt in a bowl lined with paper towel and leave for 10 minutes to drain well.2. Finely chop the onion, sprinkle with salt and leave for 5 minutes. Rinse then drain well.3. Drain canned mackerel, add the chopped onion, and mix well.4. Add the yogurt, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, and mix well.5.
