And most of all, it tastes really good.*recipe* (for one 18cm cercle mold):Ingredients:125g cake flour35g almond powder40g cocoa powder6g baking powder4 eggs140g of sugar (it's sweet, you can reduce it)130g vegetable oil80g honey6 chocolate bars11.2 g chocolate for decoration5.6 g chocolate for gluing1. Sift 125g cake flour, 35g almond powder, 40g cocoa powder and 6g baking powder.2.Lightly beat 4 eggs.3.Add 140g of sugar and mix.4.Add 130g of vegetable oil and mix.5.Add 80g of honey and mix.6.Add 1/3 of (1) and fold.7.Add the remaining (1) and fold.8.Pour the mixture into the mold and drop it on the table to release the air. 9.Bake in a preheated oven at 190 for 13 minutes, lower the temperature to 180 for 37 minutes, and cover with foil for the remaining 10 minutes.10.Cool in the mold.11.Cut off the top.12.Warm the circle mold in a hot frying pan.13.Place (12) on 6 chocolate bars and mold out the chocolate.Beware of burns.14.Decorate around (11) with melted chocolate.15.Arrange (13) on the top.16.Done.https://youtu.be/ydn7Zaz8_uM **18cm 1 125g 35g 40g6g 4 140g 130g 80g 6 11.2g 5.6g 125g 35g 40g6g 4 140g 130g 80g11/311901318037105cm 612115505113
