Beef Biryani Recipe - How to make Degi Beef Biryani by Chef Asifa----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ingredients:Meat:- Beef (1 kg)Vegetables:- Onions (3-4)- Tomatoes (5)- Lemon Juice (5 tbsp)- Ginger Garlic Paste (2 tbsp)Oil:- Vegetable Oil (1 cup / 250 ml)Spices:- Cloves (8-9)- Mace (1/3 tsp)- Salt (1.5 tbsp)- Nutmeg (1/3 tsp)- Coriander (1 tbsp)- Cinnamon Stick (3)- Black Cardamom (2)- Black Pepper (1 tsp)- Green Cardamom (4-5)- Star Anise/Badian (2)- Turmeric Powder (0.5 tsp)- Red Chili Powder (1.5 tbsp)- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (1 tbsp)Others:- Yogurt (1 cup)- Water (2 cups / 500 ml)Recipe:- Heat vegetable oil (1 cup / 250 ml) in a cooking pan.- Add thinly chopped onions (3-4), fry till golden brown.- Take out half of the fried onions in a plate & set aside.- Add boneless beef (1 kg) & fry till it changes color.- Add freshly prepared ginger garlic paste (2 tbsp) & mix it.- Add cinnamon stick (3), green cardamom (4-5), black cardamom (2), black pepper (1 tsp), star anise/badian (2) & cloves (8-9).- Cook for 2 minutes while stirring spoon.- Add medium size tomatoes (5) to form tomato gravy.- After mixing add water (2 cups / 500 ml).- Cover the lid & cook on low flame till beef tenders.- Add salt (1.5 tbsp / as you like), red chili powder (1.5 tbsp), Kashmiri red chili powder (1 tbsp), coriander (1 tbsp), turmeric powder (0.5 tsp), nutmeg (1/3 tsp), mace (1/3 tsp), yogurt (1 cup), lemon juice (5 tbsp) & cook on high flame.- After yogurt water dries out, beef is ready.- Heat laughter on high flame for 20 minutes & then place the pan over laughter and switch flame to low.- Layer rice and then layer meat over rice, repeat.- Cover the lid with an aluminum/towel and steam cook on low flame for 15 minutes.- Lightly mix the rice & put in a serving pan.- Enjoy your 'Delicious Steam Cooked Biryani'.#potbiryani, #biriyani, #beefbiryanirecipe,More Delicious Recipes From Chef Asifa:YT: https://www.youtube.com/c/cookingwithasifa
