Black Forest Pastry
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Cocoa powder 1/3 Cup
-Baking powder tsp
-Namak (Salt) tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 6 room temperature
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) Cup
-Cooking oil 5 tbs
-Ice cubes
-Olpers Dairy cream 400ml
-Icing sugar 1/3 Cup
-Hot water 1 Cup
-Sugar Cup
Assembling: 02:10
-Cherry jam
-Canned fruit cocktail (strained)
-Chocolate chips
-Chocolate shavings
-Cherry

Directions:
-In a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking powder and salt,sift together then mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar and beat until fluffy (4-5 minutes).
-Gradually add dry flour ingredients and beat until well combined (on low speed).
-Add cooking oil and beat again.
-Greased 8 x 11 baking tray with oil and lined with butter paper,add prepared batter and tap few times.
-Bake in preheated oven at 160 C for 18-20 minutes.
-Take out cake from the oven and let it cool on wire rack.
-On a large bowl,add ice cubes and place another bowl over it.
-Add cream and beat well.
-Add icing sugar and beat until soft peaks form (8-10 minutes) then transfer to a piping bag & refrigerate until use.
-In a small jug,add hot water,sugar and mix well until dissolved.Sugar syrup is ready!
-Let it cool.
Assembling:
-Trim a thin layer from the top of sponge cake with a serrated knife and then horizontally cut a layer of cake.
-Apply sugar syrup on the half base of sponge cake and pipe out whipped olpers cream,cherry jam and spread evenly.
-Add fruit cocktail,chocolate chips and place the top half of sponge & press down gently.
-Brush the top layer with the remining sugar syrup,frost the outside of the cake with remining whipped olpers cream & spread evenly.
-Garish with chocolate shavings and refrigerate until chilled.
-Cut into slices,garnish with whipped olpers cream,cherry & serve!

-Bowl mein anday aur bareek cheeni dal ker fluffy huay tak beat ker lein (4-5 minutes).
-Thora thora ker ka dry flour ingredients shamil karein aur ache tarhan beat ker lein (on low speed).
-Cooking oil dal ker dubara beat karein.
-8 x 11 baking tray ko oil sa grease karein aur butter paper laga lein,tayyar batter dal ker tap ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 160 C per 18-20 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Oven sa nikal lein aur wire rack per rakh ker thanda ker lein.
-Large bowl mein ice cubes dal dein aur ek aur bowl rakh dein.
-Cream dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Icing sugar dal ker soft peaks form hunay tak beat ker lein (8-10 minutes) phir piping bag mein transfer ker lein aur use hunay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Chotay jug mein garam pani aur cheeni dal dein aur dissolve ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.Sugar syrup tayyar hai.
-Thanda ker lein.
Assembling:
-Sponge cake ki top layer ko serrated knife kki madad sa trim karein aur horizontally cake ki layer cut ker lein.
-Half base per sugar syrup apply karein,whipped olpers cream aur cherry jam dal ker evenly spread ker lein.
-Fruit cocktail aur chocolate chips dal ker upper sa half sponge cake rakh dein aur gently press ker lein.
-Top layer per remaining sugar syrup laga lein,remaining whipped olpers cream dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Chocolate shavings sa garnish karein aur thanda hunay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Slices mein cut karein,whipped olpers cream aur cherry sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
