CinnamonThe zest and juice from a medium orange1 cup powdered erythritol, or other sweetener of choice1 tsp. Vanilla extract1 cup of waterDirections: Rinse and sort the cranberries, removing any bad ones. Place the cranberries in a 2 qt. Saucepan. Add the water, cinnamon, erythritol, orange zest and juice and stir. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes or until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.Test for sweetness and adjust if needed. Then turn off the heat and add the vanilla and the blueberries. Stir until combined. You can turn the heat back on for a couple of minutes to heat the blueberries if needed. Serve warm or cold.
