BNH BO NGT - Vietnamese steamed rice cakes with sweet toppings

Nguyn liu | Ingredients
150g bt go t | 1 cup rice flour
90g ng | 1/2 cup sugar
25g bt nng | 2 1/2 tbsp tapioca starch
350ml nc nng + ct mu ( l da, hoa u, c rt ) | 1 1/2 cup liquid (water + coloring juice)
1/2 mcf mui | 1/2 tsp salt
1 mcf du n | 1 tsp salt

**Phn nhn**
100g u xanh | 1/2 cup peeled split mung beans
120 ml nc | 1/2 cup water
2 mc ng | 2 tbsp sugar

**Nc ct da | Coconut sauce**
120g ct da | 1/2 cup coconut milk
50g ng | 1/4 cup sugar
mt t mui | pinch of salt
2 mc bt nng | 2 tbsp tapioca starch
60ml nc lc | 1/4 cup water
