A Bowl of Umami - Seng Boon Prawn Noodle at Everton Park

For the last 26 years, Mr Goh Seng Boon has been selling prawn noodle. A bowl of pork ribs prawn noodle, packed with umami, is topped with crunchy prawns, tender pork ribs. Fried in-house, the pork lard cubes add a taste of old school flavour.

Lor Mee is another bowl to choose from. It is generously topped with slices of Ngoh Hiong, braised pork belly, fish cakes and fried-to-crispy dory balls.

Drop by for a comforting bowl!
