Bread Pizza
Kurkure

Ingredients for Chicken:
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Chicken (boneless cubes) 300g
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tikka Masala 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice ½ tbsp

Ingredients for Bread Pizza:
Bread Slices 4-6
Pizza Sauce as req
Cheese (Mix) as req
Prepared Chicken as req
Corn (chopped)
Capsicum (chopped)
Onion (chopped)
Black olives (sliced)
Chili flakes as required
Oregano

Directions:
1. Add oil to a preheated pan. Add chicken and cook until it changes color.
2. Add ginger garlic paste and cook until water dries out. Add tikka masala and lemon juice and cook for another 3-4 minutes over medium low flame. Take off the flame and keep aside.
3. Now, take a bread slice. Spread pizza sauce. Add cheese and top with chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle chili flakes and oregano.
4. Place in a preheated pan. Cover with lid and let cheese melt over low flame.
5. Serve.
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 20-25 mins
Servings: 4-5
