Bread Pizza rolls/ Bread pizza pockets | Gayathiri's Cookbook

Bread pizza pockets is an innovative fusion recipe.These delicious snack is super easy to prepare. It is made with bread, pizza sauce, shredded cheese and vegetables.

Ingredients:
Oil- 2 tsp
Carrots- 1/3 cup
Green bell pepper- 1/3 cup
Corn- 1/3 cup
Red bell pepper- 1/3 cup
Salt- As needed
Black pepper powder- As needed
Red chilly flakes- As needed
Mixed herbs- 1/2 tsp
Pizza sauce/Tomato sauce- 1/4 cup
Black olives- As needed
Shredded cheese- 1/4 cup
Bread slices- 8
Maida- 2 tsp
Oil- For frying

Directions:
1.Heat 2 tsp oil. Add onion and saute until translucent.
2. Add carrots, green bell pepper, corn, red bell pepper, salt and pepper powder. Saute until the vegetables are cooked.
3.Mix red chilly flakes, mixed herbs and pizza sauce with the vegetables. cook for 2-3 minutes. then switch off the heat.
4. Let it cool down. Then add black olives and shredded cheese and mix well.
5.Cut the corners of the bread. Using a rolling pin, Roll the bread into thin sheets.
6. For Bread pizza roll:Place the filling at one corner and then roll it tightly.Apply water on the edged and seal it.
7.For bread pizza pockets: Place the filling at the center.Apply maida paste on the edges of the bread.Seal the edges.
8. Heat oil in a kadaiover medium flame. Fry the rolls until golden brown.
Bread pizza pockets/rolls are ready!!
