Breakfast Hash Recipe for the Grill

Have you ever made breakfast on the grill? Heres a High-Protein Breakfast Hash Skillet Style

Bigger bonus is that you have breakfast meal preps ready for the week

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 bell pepper
1 lb yellow potatoes
8 eggs
1/2 yellow onion
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp salt + pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Chopped parsley for garnish

Directions
1. Heat your @pitbossgrills to 425. Chop the potatoes, bell peppers and onions and add them to a skillet then cover with olive oil and seasonings.
2. Place the skillet on the grill and close the lid for 15 minutes.
3. Add in the ground beef and mix together then cover for another 7 minutes.
4. Crack the eggs onto the skillet and let cook for 7-10 minutes.
5. Remove from the grill, let it rest and then top with chopped parsley.
6. Distribute into meal prep containers and enjoy!
