Briam + Meet my family!!!

Ingredients:
3 zucchinis
3 eggplants
3 potatoes
1/2 big onion
4-5 garlic cloves
3 bell peppers
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup tomato juice
Salt and pepper
2 cups water
1/2 cup parsley
