EASY VEGAN APPLE TART at the helicopter base

For the dough:

3 tbsp coconut oil/ margarine
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup non dairy milk
Mix everything until you get a non sticky dough. Wrap it with plastic membrane and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Unwrap, roll and transfer the dough in a 9 inch pan.

For the filling:

About 10 apples
1/2 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tsp vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp sugar (more or less depending on how sweet the apples are)
1 tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup raisins
Mix everything together and fill up your tart

Bake in preheated oven 175 C (350 F) for 40-50 minutes (until golden brown)
