Spread the love! :) Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredientsFinely chopped broccoli: 1/2 cupFinely chopped onions: 2 tablespoonsFinely chopped garlic: 1/2 teaspoonKissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoonCheese: ¼ cupSalt to taste Whole wheat atta dough: 1 cupOil: 2 tablespoonsRed chilli flakes: ½ teaspoonMethod of preparationHeat oil in a pan, add garlic and saute for a while followed by the onions, red chilli flakes and cook until translucent Add broccoli, toss it well and cook until done Switch off the gas and add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, cheese and salt. Mix it well Divide the dough into medium sized balls. Take a ball and flatten it a bit. Sprinkle some flour and roll it into a small round disc Place 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the centre and begin to pleat the edges, bring them together at the centre and press them Flatten them more with the help of your fingers, sprinkle some flour and roll out into a paratha Heat oil in a pan and place the paratha on it, flip it over on another side. Cook the parathas until done Repeat the same with the other parathas.
