In a pot heat water and bring it to a boil. Add salt, oil, and mix well.2. Add spaghetti and boil until 80% done. Strain through chilled water and set aside. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water for later use.3. In a skillet heat butter and add garlic, and cook for 1 minute. Add lemon juice, hot sauce and cook for a minute. Bring it to simmer. 4. Add pasta water and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Add K&N’s Stok and cook until K&N’s Stok dissolves.5. Stir in boiled spaghetti and toss well for 1-2 minutes in the prepared sauce.
