We will use 1 tsp of this powder in the beginning and 1/2 tsp in the end.1 tsp salt1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp pepper powderGarnish with green onions 3-4 cups of vegetable broth ( you can substitute with water or make your own broth as well)Method: Heat oil in a pot/wok/saucepan. Add ginger.Add onions. Quickly stir them.Add 1 tsp of cumin/coriander/fennel powder.Add 1 tsp salt.Add paprika. Let onions fry for 3-4 mins. Add chopped tomatoes. After few mins, add cabbage.Saute cabbage for 3-4 mins. Add veg broth. Bring broth to boil. Let it simmer. Finish off with pepper and cumin/fennel/coriander powder. Garnish with green onions and serve.
