Cabbage with Potatoes stew - Ethiopian Recipe

This is made with few vegetables cabbage, potatoes and carrots.
The recipe is so simple but the result is so great .it is a Ethiopian recipe that i really
love.

cup olive oil or any vegetables oil.

1 head cabbage, shredded

1 big carrot, sliced

2 red onions, sliced

3 big potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes

1 tsp of turmeric

1 tsp of black pepper
3 garlic gloves
1 teaspoon of grated ginger

Salt to taste

cup hot water
