A medium-sweet and rich drink with hints of elaichi, this famous Punjabi drink is perfect to serve with lunch or even to have as a snack by itself because it is quite filling. Garnish the Cardamom Lassi with slivers of pistachio to complement the colour and flavour very aesthetically.Preparation Time: 2 minutes. Cooking Time: Nil. Makes 2 big glasses. 2 cups thick curds (dahi)½ tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder5½ tbsp powdered sugar For the garnishPistachio slivers 1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and whisk well till smooth. 2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 3. Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve chilled garnished with pistachio slivers.
