CAULIFLOWER SAUT WITH GROUND BEEF

FULL RECIPE FOR CAULIFLOWER SAUT
Ingredients:
1 adet (620 gr) cauliflower
400 gr ground beef
1 large onion
1 large potato
3 baby carrot
1 tbsp pepper paste
2 tbsp olive oil
tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
1 cup water for cooking

Directions:
PREPARATION
First prepare the cauliflower: Remove the leaves and stem; cut and separate the florets. Peal the stem and add it to the florets.
Peel the onion and the potato
Then wash all the vegetables thoroughly
Slice the onion round strips and cut into small cubes
Slice the potato and cut into medium-sized cubes, then place onto a plate
Cut the carrots into 1cm thick circles, place onto the plate

COOKING
Set a shallow pot with a wide base for cooking
Pour the olive oil into the pot; add the onions and saut for 2-3 minutes on medium heat
Add the ground beef in small pieces; stir and crush the ground beef pieces for even distribution
Once the colour turns to brown, add the pepper paste and stir well
Add 1 cup water the potatoes and the carrots. Stir the ingredients to get an even mixture
Then place the cauliflower florets into the mixture; the stems facing down
Add salt and grounded black pepper
Cover with a lid, lower the heat;
Cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat, until the florets become soft

SERVING
Cauliflower looks gorgeous as it is! Just place on the serving plate and enjoy!
