Prepare this delicious soup for your family and they will definitely ask for more!Ingredients:1 medium cauliflower, separated into florets4 tsps oil2 medium onions, roughly choppedSalt to taste½ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder2 cups vegetable stock1½ cups coconut milk½ tsp black pepper powder2 tsps lemon juice½ tsp lemon zest Method:1. Heat 2 tsps oil in a nonstick pan. Add cauliflower florets and roast on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Transfer in a bowl and set aside.2. Heat remaining oil in the same pan. Add the onions and sauté till translucent.3. Add salt, Tata Sampann Turmeric powder and mix well. Cook for a minute more.4. Reserve some cauliflower florets for garnish and add the remaining ones to the pan and mix well.5. Add vegetable stock and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.6. Transfer in a bowl and blend to fine puree with the help of a hand blender.7. Transfer in the same pan, add coconut milk and mix well.8. Add black pepper powder, lemon juice and lemon zest and mix well.9.
