Salt to taste
Coriander leaves

For Tadka:
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Green chilli - 2
Curry leaves
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Chaat Masala powder -1 tsp
Cooking oil -1 to 2 tbsp
