Asafoetida½ cup Brown chickpeas, soaked for 4 hours and pressure cooked¼ tsp. Turmeric powder½ tsp. Garam Masala½ tsp. Chaat Masala¼ tsp. Red chilli powder¼ tsp. Black salt½ tsp. Cumin powder3-4 Kokums1½ cup Water3-4 small cubes of JaggerySalt to taste½ tsp. Wheat flourMethod:-1. Mix all the Dhokli ingredients together and make a dough. Dab a little water and cover it with a bowl and let it rest.2. Heat ghee in a pan and add the Shaak ingredients to it. 3. Apply oil to the palms and the steel bowl and make dhoklis as shown.4.
