Chap Shoro
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chakki ka atta (Whole wheat flour) sifted 2 & Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
-Apricot or Walnut oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped Cup
-Chicken qeema (Mince) kg
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped Cup
-Pani (Water) Cup or as required
-Pani (Water) 1 tbs
-Zafran (Saffron) 1 pinch
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 Cup
-Hara dhania & Podina (Fresh coriander & Mint leaves) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Apricot or Walnut oil for frying or cooking oil of your choice

Directions:
-In bowl,add add wheat flour,salt and mix.
-Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-In frying pan,add apricot or walnut oil,onion and saut until translucent.
-Add chicken mince and mix well until changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Add salt,cumin seeds,black pepper crushed and mix well.
-Add tomato and mix well.
-Add water and mix well,cover and cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
-In water,add saffron strands and mix well.
-Add dissolve saffron and mix well.
-Add onion,fresh coriander & mint leaves and mix well for 1-2 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-Knead dough again,grease hands with oil,take a small dough and make a ball,sprinkle flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Sprinkle flour,fold & set aside.
-Roll out another dough with the help of rolling pin.
-Add cooked chicken filling and spread evenly.
-Place rolled dough and prick with skewer,fold and seal the edges (makes 3).
-Heat griddle and cooked rolled dough from both sides then fry in apricot or walnut oil & serve!

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped Cup
-Pani (Water) Cup or as required
-Pani (Water) 1 tbs
-Zafran (Saffron) 1 pinch
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 Cup
-Hara dhania & Podina (Fresh coriander & Mint leaves) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Apricot or Walnut oil for frying or cooking oil of your choice

Directions:
-Bowl mein chakki ka atta aur namak dal ker mix karein.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein,dhak dein aur 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein apricot or walnut oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak saut ker lein.
-Chicken qeema dal ker rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
-Namak,zeera aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani anacch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani mein zafran dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Dissolve zafran dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pyaz,hara dhania & podina dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Dough ko dubara ghond lein,haath ok oil sa grease karein aur chota dough la ker ball bana lein,atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Atta chirak dein aur fold ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Ek aur dough ko rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Cooked chicken filling dal ker pheela lein.
-Rolled dough rakh ker skewer sa prick ker lein aur edges ko fold ker ka seal ker lein (makes 3).
-Tawa garam karein aur rolled dough ko dono sides sa paka lein phir apricot or walnut oil mein fry ker lein & serve karein!
