Ingredients:-
Oil:- Cooking Oil
Meat:- Minced Chicken (400 g)
Spices:
- Salt (1 tsp)
- Chili Flakes (1.5 tbsp)
- Coriander Powder (1 tsp)
- Cumin Seeds (1 tsp)
- Garam Masala (1 tsp)
Vegetables:
- Green Chopped chilies (4-5)
- Chopped Onions (1; large sized)
- Chopped Tomatoes (1; large sized)
- Coriander Leaves (7tbsp)
- Chopped Mint Leaves (3 tbsp)
Others:
- Ginger Garlic Paste (1 tbsp)
Recipe:-
To Marinate the Chicken:
- Take Minced Chicken(400 g) in a big bowl.Add Ginger Garlic Paste (1 tbsp),Green Chopped chilies(4-5),Salt(1 tsp),Chili Flakes (1.5 tbsp),Coriander Powder (1 tsp),Cumin Seeds(1 tsp) ,Garam Masala (1 tsp) and Mix it.
- Cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes of marination, add finely chopped onions(1 large-sized), chopped tomatoes(1large-sized), Coriander leaves (7tbsp), Chopped Mint Leaves (3 tbsp) Mix it again. Let it rest for 10 more minutes.
Frying Kabab:
- Create a round-shaped kabab from the mixture by hand and fry it in vegetable oil, in a pan on a medium flame. Change the side of Chapli Kabab till it turns golden brown. Your dish is ready to serve.
