chapli kabab recipe by Cooking with Asifa.Ingredients:-Oil:- Cooking OilMeat:- Minced Chicken (400 g)Spices:- Salt (1 tsp)- Chili Flakes (1.5 tbsp)- Coriander Powder (1 tsp)- Cumin Seeds (1 tsp) - Garam Masala (1 tsp)Vegetables:- Green Chopped chilies (4-5)- Chopped Onions (1; large sized)- Chopped Tomatoes (1; large sized) - Coriander Leaves (7tbsp)- Chopped Mint Leaves (3 tbsp)Others:- Ginger Garlic Paste (1 tbsp)Recipe:-To Marinate the Chicken:- Take Minced Chicken(400 g) in a big bowl.Add Ginger Garlic Paste (1 tbsp),Green Chopped chilies(4-5),Salt(1 tsp),Chili Flakes (1.5 tbsp),Coriander Powder (1 tsp),Cumin Seeds(1 tsp) ,Garam Masala (1 tsp) and Mix it.- Cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes.- After 30 minutes of marination, add finely chopped onions(1 large-sized), chopped tomatoes(1large-sized), Coriander leaves (7tbsp), Chopped Mint Leaves (3 tbsp) Mix it again. Let it rest for 10 more minutes.Frying Kabab:- Create a round-shaped kabab from the mixture by hand and fry it in vegetable oil, in a pan on a medium flame. Change the side of Chapli Kabab till it turns golden brown.
