This Eid Make this Chatpatta Chicken with Rice platter and enjoy. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #EidSpecial Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/2TwgySVVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Chatpatta Chicken with Rice platterServes 5-6Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Paprika powder tbs-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Lemon juice 2-3 tbs -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs-Chicken 750g-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) tbs or to taste -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs-Chaat masala tbs-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs-Garam masala powder 1 tsp-Cooking oil 3 tbs-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & tbs -Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 & tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1-2-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 2 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2 -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1-2 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs-Cooking oil Cup-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped tbs-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2 -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1-2 tbs -Chawal (Rice) kg (soaked & boiled with salt until 3/4th done)-Pyaz (Onion) rings-Kheera (Cucumber) cubes-Lemon slices-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions:-In a bowl,add paprika powder,turmeric powder,salt,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste and mix well.-Add chicken and mix well,cover and marinate for 30 minutes.-In a bowl add yogurt,red chilli powder,coriander powder,chaat masala,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,cumin seeds,garam masala powder and whisk well.Spiced yogurt is ready!-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger,green chilli and mix well.-Add marinated chicken,cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until dries up.-Add 2-3 tbs of prepared spiced yogurt,mint leaves,mint leaves,fresh coriander, green chillies,cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.-Now turn the sides of chicken pieces,add 2-3 tbs of prepared spiced yogurt (reserve for later use),mint leaves,fresh coriander, cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes & set aside. -In a pot,add cooking oil,onion and fry until light golden.-Add garlic,ginger,green chillies,mix well and cook for a minute. -Add reserved spiced yogurt,mix well and cook for 2 minutes. -Add salt and mix well.-Add fresh coriander,mint leaves and mix well.-Add boiled rice,mix well,cover and steam cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.-On a serving dish,add cooked rice,onion rings,cucumber,cooked chicken pieces,lemon slices,fresh coriander & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Directions:-Bowl mein paprika powder,haldee powder,namak,lemon juice aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Ab chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.-Bowl mein dahi,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,chaat masala,kali mirch powder,haldee powder,zeera aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Spiced yogurt tayyar hai!-Frying pan mein cooking oil,lehsan,adrak aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Marinated chicken dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.-2-3 tbs tayyar spiced yogurt,podina,hara dhania aur hari mirchein dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.-Ab chicken pieces ko turn ker lein aur tayyar spiced yogurt 2-3 tbs (reserve for later use),podina aur hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.-Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur light golden hunay tak fry ker lein.-Lehsan,adrak aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.-Reserved spiced yogurt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.-Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Boiled chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.-Serving dish mein cooked chawal,pyaz rings,kheera,cooked chicken pieces,lemon slices aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
