Yummy cheesy omelette stuffed within bun makes for a filling and delicious snack.CHEESE BUN OMLETTEIngredients8 tbsps mozzarella cheese, grated8 tbsps processed cheese, grated4 burger buns8 eggsSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to tasteOil to drizzle8 tsps butter + for spreading1 large onion, sliced1 large tomato, chopped4 tsps chopped fresh coriander leaves4 green chillies, chopped8 tbsps corn kernels, boiled and crushed 6-8 mushrooms, chopped Fried potato wedges to serveTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Break eggs in a bowl, add salt and crushed black peppercorns. Mix well. Set aside.2. Heat a non-stick tawa, drizzle oil and add 4 tsps butter, melt it and add the egg mixture and spread it. Add onion, tomato, coriander leaves, green chillies, corn kernels and mushrooms.3. Add mozzarella cheese, processed cheese in the centre of the omelette. Fold the omelette in a square.4. Make cut through a bun into half, apply butter on buns. Flip and apply butter on other sides. Slowly turnover the omelette and cook till golden brown on both sides. 5. Place the omelette on the bun and cover with the other bun.6.
