Bite-sized paniyarams stuffed with cheese and cooked till perfection. This one's going to be your favourite breakfast from now on!
CHEESY EGG PANIYARAM

Ingredients

6-8 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
1-2 green chillies, chopped
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
¼ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Grated processed cheese as required
Tomato ketchup to serve

Method

1. Break in the eggs in a large bowl. Add onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and whisk well.
2. Heat a non-stick paniyaram pan. Add some oil into each cavity of the pan and let it heat up.
3. Pour a portion of the egg mixture into each cavity. Add a small portion of cheese into the centre of each cavity. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Flip each paniyaram and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove the paniyarams and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
