This one's going to be your favourite breakfast from now on!CHEESY EGG PANIYARAMIngredients6-8 eggs1 medium onion, chopped1 small tomato, chopped1-2 green chillies, chopped2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves¼ tsp red chilli powder½ tsp turmeric powderSalt to tasteOil as requiredGrated processed cheese as requiredTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Break in the eggs in a large bowl. Add onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and whisk well.2. Heat a non-stick paniyaram pan. Add some oil into each cavity of the pan and let it heat up. 3. Pour a portion of the egg mixture into each cavity. Add a small portion of cheese into the centre of each cavity. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.4. Flip each paniyaram and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove the paniyarams and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
