Cheese Omelete
Serves 1-2
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Anday (Eggs) 4-5
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp
-Doodh (Milk) 3 tbs
-Swiss premium Original cheese cream cheese spread Cup or Cheddar Cheese Cream Cheese spread Cup
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped Cup
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped 1 medium
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-In a bowl,add eggs,salt,black pepper powder,milk,whisk well & set aside.
-In another bowl,add original cheese,garlic powder,fresh coriander & milk,whisk well & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.
-Add capsicum,tomato,green onion,green chilli,mix well & cook for a minute & set aside.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,egg mixture and cook on low flame for a minute until eggs starts to set.
-On one side of egg omelet,add & spread stir fried vegetable mixture then spread cheese mixture over it.
-Carefully flip omelet,cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Sprinkle fresh coriander and serve with toasted bread slices.

-Bowl mein anday,namak,kali mirch powder aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Alag bowl mein original cheese,lehsan powder,hara dhania aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Shimla mirch,tamatar,hara pyaz aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur anday ka mixture dal dein aur halki ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Egg omelet ki ek side per stir fried vegetable mixture dal ker pheela lein aur upper sa cheese mixture dal dein.
-Omelet ko carefully flip ker lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania dal dein aur toasted bread slices ka saath serve karein.
