Cheesy Gol Gappa Pakora

Ingredients for Gol Gappa:
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Semolina 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Warm water as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Potato Filling:
Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
Onion (chopped) ½ cup
Green coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Shan Chaat Masala 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Pakora Mixture:
Gram flour 2 cups
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Shan Chaat Masala 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Water as required

Ingredients for Pakora:
Fried gol gappa as requied
Mozzarella cheese cubes as required
Potato Filling as required
Pakora mixture as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Gol Gappa Preparation:
1. In a bowl add flour, semolina, salt, warm water and knead a soft dough. Cover with cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
2. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out the dough in circle shape.
3. Cut small circles from the rolled out dough.
4. Deep fry them on medium heat, gently press them in oil until they puff. Your gol gappa is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Potato Filling Preparation:
5. In a bowl add potatoes, green coriander, red chili powder, onion, salt, red chili flakes, Shan Chaat Masala and mix well. your potato mixture is ready.
Directions for Pakora Mixture Preparation:
6. In a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, red chili flakes, Shan Chaat Masala, salt, coriander powder, water and mix well to form thick runny paste. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
7. Take the prepared gol gappa, poke a hole in it and add mozzarella cheese cube in it.
8. Add Potato mixture in it, coat it in gram flour mixture and deep fry it until golden brown in color.
9. Your Cheesy Gol Gappa Pakora is ready. Serve with ketchup and enjoy.
