Makes 25 cheesy mushrooms.Baking Time: 15 minutes Baking Temperature:180°C (360°F) 25 large sized mushrooms (khumbh)To be mixed into a stuffing1 cup grated processed cheese¼ cup finely chopped onions2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)2 tsp finely chopped green chillies½ tsp mustard (rai /sarson) powder¼ cup bread crumbs2 tsp butterSalt to taste 1. Divide the stuffing into 25 equal portions and keep aside.2. Remove the stems of the mushrooms and discard them so as to form a cavity in the mushroom caps.3. Stuff each mushroom cap with a portion of the stuffing.4. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 10 minutes.5. Serve immediately.
