Ground turmericA few dashes of pepper tsp. Vanilla extractDirections:Combine the milk, yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla extract, turmeric, and the pepper, using a whisk. Once combined add the chia seeds and stir.Using a ladle, spoon the mixture into individual serving containers. I used 8 oz or pint sized mason jars with a wide mouth which work great. Only fill them of the way so you have room to add the walnuts and blueberries. You can add as much of that as you like.Cover the containers and refrigerate at least a few hours and overnight is best. These are perfect for a grab and go breakfast.@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@Chocolate/Strawberry Chia Pudding RecipeIngredients: cup chia seeds1 cup almond milk cup cocoa powder, unsweetened cup brown sugar, packedPinch of salt tsp.
