Ingredients for pizza dough:
2 cups All-purpose flour
1 tbsp Yeast
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Oil
Ingredients for chicken marination:
1/2 kg Chicken boneless
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tso Oregano OREGANO
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Red chili flakes
Ingredients for white sauce:
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Garlic
1/2 tsp Red chili flakes
1 cup Cream
2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Oregano
Ingredients for topping:
Mozzarella cheese as required
Cheddar cheese as required
Cherry tomatoes as required
Baby spinach as required
Oregano for sprinkle
Mushroom as required
Directions for chicken:
In a bowl mix salt, black pepper, oregano, soy sauce and chili flakes.
Marinate chicken cubes in it for 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until fully cooked for 5 to 8 minutes.
Your chicken topping is ready, set aside.
Directions for white sauce:
In a pan add butter, garlic and sauté for a minute.
Then add milk, black pepper, oregano, chili flakes, salt and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Lastly add parmesan cheese and cook until it’s in thick consistency.
Directions for dough:
In a bowl add flour, yeast, sugar, oil and knead soft tacky pizza dough.
Let it proof for about 15 to 20 minutes in a warm place until double in size.
Divide dough in four equal parts. Make ball like shapes from each part.
Roll it out with help of a rolling pin. Place it on a greased baking dish.
Now prick it with help of a fork then spread white sauce on it.
Top it with cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, baby spinach, and mushroom. Sprinkle oregano in last.
Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Your alfredo pizza is ready to serve.

Cooking time: 25 to 30 minutes
