CHICKEN FIESTA ROLL Ingredients300 grams boneless chicken, boiled and shredded4 hotdog buns1 tablespoon oil1 tablespoon chopped garlic1 medium onion, finely chopped½ medium green capsicum, chopped1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce3-4 tablespoons tomato puree1 tablespoon HP sauceCrushed black peppercorns to taste1 teaspoon red chilli powderSalt to taste1 teaspoon brown sugar1 teaspoon vinegar6-8 black olives, pitted1 inch celery, finely chopped4-8 iceberg lettuce leavesMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté on high heat till golden. Add onion and sauté till golden.2. Add capsicum and sauté for 30 seconds. Add chicken, mix and cook on medium heat for 1 minute. 3. Add Worcestershire sauce, tomato puree and HP sauce, mix and cook for 30 seconds. 4. Add crushed peppercorns, chilli powder, salt, brown sugar and vinegar, mix and cook for 1 minute. 5. Slice black olives, add to pan and mix. Add celery and mix well.6. Slit the buns with one side intact, put 1-2 lettuce leaves and some chicken mixture.7.
