Chicken Malai Tikka
Serves 4
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Dahi (Yogurt) thick ½ Cup
-Cream ½ Cup
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Meat tenderizer 1 & ½ tsp
-Kasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tbs
-Corn flour 1 tbs
-Chicken 4 pieces (approx. 1 kg)
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke

Directions:
-In bowl,add yogurt,cream,cheddar cheese,ginger garlic paste,green chilli,lemon juice,garam masala powder,salt,cumin powder,white pepper powder,black pepper powder,meat tenderizer,dried fenugreek leaves,corn flour and whisk well.
-Add cuts on chicken pieces with the help of the knife.
-In marinade,add chicken pieces,rub evenly and marinate for 2-3 hours.
Option # 1: Pan fry
-In frying pan,add cooking oil and marinated chicken pieces,cover and cook on low flame 20-25 minutes and keep turning sides in between.
-Give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes.
Option # 2: Baking
-Can be bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes.

-Bowl mein dahi,cream,cheddar cheese,adrak lehsan paste,hari mirch,lemon juice,garam masala powder,namak,zeera powder,safed mirch powder,kali mirch powder,meat tenderizer,kasuri meethi aur corn flour dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chicken pieces per knife ki madad sa cuts laga lein.
Option # 1: Pan fry
-Marinade mein chicken pieces dal ker evenly rub ker lein aur 2-3 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken pieces dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 20-25 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein sides change kertay rahein.
-2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
Option # 2: Baking
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
