Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. 2. Take chicken strips in a bowl. Add green chillies, curry leaves, crushed peppercorns, fennel seeds, salt, ginger-garlic paste, refined flour and rice flour and mix well. 3. Drop the marinated chicken strips in hot oil and deep-fry on medium heat till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 4.
