Chilli Aloo Masala is an adaption of Indo Chinese fusion dish, made in a very quick and easy way. Potato sticks stir fried with chillies, in soy sauce, chilli sauce and spices a great side potato dish made in a jiffy

Ingredient Quantity
Potatoes 2-3 no.
Oil 2 tbsp
Dry Red chilli 6-7 no.
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Spring onion bulb chopped 2 no.
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Red Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Spring onion leaves chopped 2 no.

Method:
1. Take the potatoes and rinse well in water, remove the top and bottom part of the potato to get a square or rectangle, then slice the potato in 1 cm thickness, then begin to cut them in sticks having 1 cm width.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add dry red chilli, ginger chopped and garlic chopped, mix well and sauté for a min.
3. Add potatoes and mix well.
4. Add salt, mix well and sauté for 8-10 min. on medium flame or till potatoes become soft.
5. Add spring onion bulb and mix well.
6. Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, red chilli powder and vinegar, mix well.
7. Add spring onion leaves and mix well.
8. Remove in serving plate and serve hot.
