Chimichanga, also known as chivichanga or chimmy chonga is a deep-fried burrito that is popular in Southwestern U.S. cuisine, Tex-Mex cuisine, and the Mexican states of Sinaloa and Sonora.

Ingredients:

Chicken (boiled) 100g
Guacamole 2 tb
Refried beans 2 tb
Sour cream 2 tb
Egg (white) 1 n

Directions:

First boil the chicken and use two forks to shred the chicken, take it aside,

Take flour tortilla and place the refried beans, then add shred chicken, guacamole, salsa, and add sour cream, and apply the egg white and fold it. And deep fry them.
