A must try recipe !CHIMICHURRI SHRIMPSIngredients400 grams shrimps, cleaned1 tablespoon olive oilChimichurri sauce1 cup fresh coriander leaves1 cup fresh parsley3 tablespoons fresh oregano3-4 garlic cloves2 tablespoons lemon juice¼ teaspoon red chilli flakesCrushed black peppercorns to tasteSalt to taste2 tablespoons red wine vinegar½ cup olive oilMethod1. To make chimichurri sauce, blend together, coriander, parsley, oregano, garlic, lemon juice, red chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns, salt, red wine vinegar, olive oil and blend till well combined.2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add shrimps and cook for four to five minutes or till shrimps are fully done.3. Stir in the chimichurri sauce and toss to mix4.
