Chinese Paratha Recipe
Ingredients for Dough:
All-purpose flour (Maida) 2 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Water as required
Salt 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Egg Mixture:
Egg 3
Salt 1/4 tsp
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Ingredients for Chicken Filling:
Chicken mince 700 g
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Chinese Filling:
Cabbage (shredded) 1 cup
Capsicum (Julienne) 1 cup
Carrot (Julienne) 1 cup
Onion 1 cup
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp

Directions for Dough Preparation:
In a bowl, add flour, oil, water and salt. Mix them well and knead until your dough is done. Set aside.
Directions for Egg Mixture Preparation:
In a bowl, add eggs, salt and white pepper powder. Whisk them well and your egg mixture is ready.
Directions for Chicken Filling Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan and add chicken mince. Cook it until its color changes to white. Now add salt, black pepper powder, red chili flakes and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked. Keep it aside.
Directions for Chinese Filling:
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute. Now add carrot, capsicum, cabbage, onion, chili sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, salt and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
Take the dough and cut it into 4 equal parts. Now make ball shape pera and roll it down with rolling pin and make the square shape.
Now brush it with the egg mixture and add cooked chicken filling, Chinese filling and fold it like pockets into square shape.
Heat oil on a pan and place the prepared paratha. Cook low medium flame on each side until golden brown in color or fully cooked.
Your Chinese Paratha is ready.
