CHOCOLATE CARAMEL POT - (Serves - 4)Ingredients250 grams chopped dark chocolate½ cup castor sugar1 cup milk½ cup fresh cream½ teaspoon cinnamon powder3 egg yolks2 tablespoons butterSea salt for sprinklingMethod1. To prepare custard, heat milk in a non-stick pan. Add ¼ cup cream, ¼ cup castor sugar and cinnamon powder, mix and bring mixture to boil.2. Take egg yolks in a bowl and whisk. Add some milk mixture and whisk well. Add it to milk mixture, whisk and cook for 1-2 minutes.3. Add chocolate, mix and cook till it melts. Transfer in another bowl and whisk.4. To prepare caramel sauce, heat remaining castor sugar in another non-stick pan and cook till it caramelizes. Add remaining cream and mix. Add butter, mix and cook for 1 minute. 5. Pour the chocolate custard mixture into small individual glass jars filling ¾ and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes or till set.6. Put some caramel sauce and sprinkle some sea salt on top.
