Freshly baked cookies loaded with chocolate chips.CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES Ingredients⅓ cup dark chocolate chips + for topping1 cup refined flour (maida)⅓ cup butter⅓ cup powdered sugar¼ teaspoon baking soda¼ teaspoon baking powder¾ teaspoon vanilla essence1 tablespoon milkMethod1. Preheat oven at 180° C. Line a baking tray with butter paper. 2. Beat together butter and powdered sugar till creamy.3. Sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder into the butter-sugar mixture and fold well.4. Add vanilla essence and milk and beat. Add chocolate chips and mix till well combined. 5. Divide the cookie dough into equal portions, shape into small balls and flatten a little. Place them on the lined tray and top with some more chocolate chips. 6. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.7. Serve or store in air-tight containers.
